Refund policy

All products are custom made and hand painted. Unfortunately, I can not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.

The only time I will accept a return or send a refund/replacement is if your items arrive damaged products or if you receive items you did not order. Before checkout, please double check all custom options, spelling, colors, etc. 

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it; for any defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Please reach out to us within 14 days of the date your package is delivered, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
